So, a little bit about me? A mom of two bundles of joy, my journey towards my healthy, active lifestyle started with a great big bang. I had always been in shape, but after experiencing a healthcare scare, I knew it was time to invest in a better, more energized ‘me’. A me that could chase after my kids with ease. A me that felt confident enough to walk into a room with my head held high. And importantly, a me that inspired my children to become their best selves.

  It was time to pick up my sneakers and become the best version of myself. I started to see exercise as an investment into the version I was determined to become. Pushing my body to new limits was invigorating… I felt alive. I wanted to shout from the rooftops about the power of getting active, so other women could feel the infectious excitement of seeing results, with a natural energy boost and injection of confidence. And with a passion for elevating women, Lliira was born.
